    I know it isn’t easy to have a coach like myself talk about the pains of being overweight, having a stomach you’re not happy with, and a body you try to hide away.


    But honestly - I have been there.

    No - the vast majority of our clients actually train from home with a large percent of them using zero equipment. As each programme is tailored around what equipment if any you have access to it doesn't make any difference if you train at home or in a gym.

    You will see progress with in the first few weeks, this is a stabilisation phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others, after 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.

    We provide all our clients template meal plans to help give them breakfast ideas, quick dinner plans etc but we teach our clients how to eat healthy without relying on a meal plan. Because if you rely on a set meal plan to see results what will happen when you leave the programme and not get new meal plans? You will fall off track again.


    So although we give meal plans to help in the beginning we educate all our clients how to eat freely each day without following some copy and paste meal plan we see all over the internet these days.

    "Should I Use Supplements?"

    "This depends on your goal, in one goal some supplements have no added value and I will not recommend it, in other processes it is a must to achieve a goal in a healthy way. This depends on many factors, it is always your choice whether you follow the advice.
