    It depends on how much weight you have to lose and how quickly you are prepared to lose it. The fewer calories you eat and the more calories you burn, the quicker you’ll lose weight.


    Having said this, most will see progress with in the first few weeks, this is a stabilisation phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others, after 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.
